Our Story

The meaning of 一時心禮 is simple yet profound: a heartfelt gift — dessert made from the heart, made with time. 

Here's the story ... My journey with homemade desserts began back in university. The very first dessert I learned to make was tiramisu, taught by my lovely housemate. Back then, it was just housemate activities, with joy and curiosity. But as I stepped into the working world, dessert-making quietly slipped from my daily life.

Ten years later, I returned to this — I get my hand back to homemade dessert making, where my world has become indescribably different, a world that had changed in ways I could never have imagined. The process was far from easy, but quite fulfilling I hope. I immersed myself in learning : researching raw materials, selecting the right equipment, and refining my skills under the guidance of two "mysterious master sifu" and my pt apparentice job with four experienced local baking experts.

I am thrilled to share these signature creations with you. It is all designed to cater to a wide range of tastes, do give them a try ! Each one made with love.

我們的品牌‘‘一時心禮’’它的意思是“包含深情的礼物”。
用‘‘時” 和‘‘心” 精心制作的甜点。

這個故事是大學時期是我第一次製作甜點, 我學會的第一道甜點是提拉米蘇, 而且是我可愛的大學的室友把我教會的。但自從我進入職場以後，我就把提拉米蘇這回事抛諸腦後了。

相隔十年后，我的世界发生了翻天覆地的变化, 
且變得奇妙很難以言喻, 而我又开始接觸甜品製作。

這是過程不容易但很充實 … 我深入研究了一段時間，從認識原材料，到選購器材的貼士等，然后又从两位“神”契师傅和四位高級烘焙師那里短暫的學到不同的蛋糕製作基本知識。

終於，這5道甜品可以和大家“面試”了,  口味選項符合大衆,  請賞臉一試。
