Shipping policy

Delivery Policy 

1. We only deliver to certain area in KL & Selangor.

2. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

Shipping Policy 

1. A flat rate shipping fee of RM 10.00 (Ringgit Malaysia) for every transaction inclusive in our product price. 

2. All orders are delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Sunday, your order need to be scheduled a day in advanced. 

Delivery Lead Time

1. All orders (including public holiday) will be delivered next day, we don't do same day delivery until we have sort out our process (cause we are still a new brand). 

2. Confirmed orders will be procesed and be delivered on the scheduled date. 

3. For collaboration / events, please place your order 20 (twenty) days - 30 (thirty) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
