Refund policy

Delivery and damage issues

We always deliver your product in good quality & good package condition. However, if your product arrived is damaged, it may be caused during the delivery ride or other reason, we apologies for that & hope for your understanding. 

Please follow the refund method below, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right : 

  1. Please take a clear photo immediately of (a) damaged product, (b) order number and (c) email address and report to us via Whatsapp at @018-2291214 within 48 hours.
  2. Kindly allow us sometime to evaluate the photo evidence and we will notify you as soon as possible
  3. After validation of the proof, we will refund the full amount to your store credit instead of cash refund which typically takes up to 15 business days  for store credit to appear in your account.
  4. If you wish to get same day replacement for the defeat product is most likely NOT possible (if you don't mind, you can re-schedule from our store). 

 

Wrong order placed
If you have accidentally placed the wrong order, don't worry, please inform us to cancel your wrong order and provide your (a) order number (b) email address (c) your name within 24 hours. Or you can continue to place another correct order while waiting for us to process the refund for your wrong order which typically takes up to 15 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us.
